Once you’re logged in, you will be able to choose the service type (to/from airport, by the hour, point-to-point), enter the dates, times and locations, select the vehicle type, and confirm the details all in mere seconds. You can also add and save Passengers, Locations and special requests such as Meet and Greet inside the airport terminal. While our portal is also mobile based friendly, we offer an IOS and Android app which offers the same features and benefits as our online portal

Automated Email and Calendar Confirmations:
Once you go on our Portal or our App and book a ride, you will receive an instant email confirmation with all the details of your booking. There is also a link to easily upload the confirmation to your Executive’s online calendar. This way, you have all the information in your hands and can manage your Executives travel.
Chauffeur Assignment Emails
Within 24 hours of each booking, you will receive an email with the details of your chauffeur and vehicle assigned for your trip. We include a picture of the chauffeur to make it easier for your Executive to recognize their chauffeur.

Your Executive is on the move, and sometimes, shuffling between emails and calendars can get cumbersome. That’s why we provide all the relevant information of the ride in one automated text sent 1 hour prior to each reservation. The text will reveal a secure link which your Executive will open and see the Chauffeur’s location, picture, vehicle with plate number, and the date/time/location of the pickup.
24 hour Ride Receipts and Invoices:
Once the ride is completed, we understand you need to start the expensing process. That’s why we immediately begin billing the trips and email you the final receipt. We guarantee a 24 hour turn around on ride receipts so you can meet your deadlines in a timely manner. Our online portal also offers the chance to download receipts in the event you need them on demand. We also provide invoices showing multiple trips all in one easy to read invoice.
