VIP Events coordinated by Sedanz

Our team handled transportation for a group of VIP clients that required transfers from the airport, transportation for 300 guests to different venues and on site representatives managing all vehicle movements. We procured sedans and SUVs at the airports as well as a motorcoach for a large group arriving all at once. In addition, we used Sprinter vans and mini-busses to move large groups from Hotel to dinners around town. Lastly, we stationed greeters at the airports as well as the hotels to guide the guests to their transportation.

We make it simple for any travel manager to give us their list of VIPs and compile a live manifest to account for all travelers. Our live manifest is a link to an up to the minute listing of all travelers, to/from information, and chauffeur assignments. Need to make a last minute change, the live manifest will reflect all changes to avoid email confusion and is more accurate than any excel sheet which is subject to errors. Arriving at a new city can be intimidating for a first time out of town traveler. Our field team will coordinate a warm welcome for your VIP by providing a greeter at the airport. Our greeters are capable of carrying a sign with the VIPs name on an ipad as well as a company logo for even easier connect. We can also provide a foreign speaking greeter at airport arrival to assist in navigating a smooth transition from air to ground. Avoid having your VIPs getting lost and confused once they exit customs and have our greeter assist with luggage and coordinating with their chauffeur.

Our team of chauffeurs are expertly trained in customer service, navigating their city and being your on the ground concierge. Our team of professional chauffeurs continue to hone their craft and are well trained to drive their particular vehicle. For the larger vehicles, chauffeurs are CDL licensed. All chauffeurs not only go through extensive training but are also pre-screened for any health, background and security checks. We are capable of having such control over our chauffeurs as we employ them directly or work with our affiliate partners that also only employ house chauffeurs with the same protocols
