Reservations

All rides booked online are subject to review based on date and time requested. A final confirmation email will be sent to you once the ride request has been submitted. For trips less than 24 hours in advance please call us at 212-300-6083 to check for availability. Use the online portal to get the most features available or the web app for a faster mobile experience.

Instructions on how to fill out a reservation:

  1. If you have an account, make sure you login in first, otherwise you can create one as you enter your first reservation

  2. For Airport Transfers:

    • Select service type either TO or FROM airport

    • Select pickup date and time (most reservations 8 hours prior will be allowed online, anything less, please call us directly)

    • Enter pickup location; if FROM airport, enter only the airport code such as LGA, JFK or EWR, this will bring up the airline, flight information and curbside/meet and greet options in the next step. If you don’t enter the airport code, it will treat the airport as a regular address

    • Enter drop off location; all addresses are calculated by google maps for accuracy

    • Enter number of passengers and luggage. 3 or less passengers will allow you to select sedans and SUVs, 4 to 6 will allow you to only select SUVs. If you need to arrange large groups, contact us directly for coordination and availability

    • You also have the option to request car seats or wheel chair accessible rides at this time (Wheelchair accessible rides will be accommodated by one of our partners, currently available only in NYC only

    • The vehicle selection screen will appear and choose which best reflects your needs

    • Once selected, you have the option to log in if you haven’t, create an account or create reservation as a guest

    • At this time, verify your passenger information, and enter flight information/airport pickup preference(curbside or meet and greet)

    • You may also book a return at the same time

    • Once payment details are entered and confirmed, a confirmation email will be sent to your email address on file

  3. For Point to point transfers

    • It is basically same as to/from airports except just the pickup and drop addresses are entered and are not airports

  4. For hourly as directed

    • For this service, addresses are also needed but this service is best selected for when you need to make multiple stops.

    • Select 3 hours as minimum (2 will work for a business class sedan only)

    • Any point to point or airport transfer with more than 2 stops will be changed to an hourly as directed reservation starting at 3 hours minimum
