COVID-19: Our commitment to our clients, employees and affiliates

With the growing concern of the spread of Corona Virus, we were compelled to put together this blog post to just give you an update of the measures we've taken to ensure the safety of our guests, employees and affiliates

Most of the measures we have always implemented such as hand sanitizers which are located in vehicle center consoles.  We also detail our vehicles meticulously as you're aware but now we've taken it a step further.  Here is a full list of our additional preventative safety measures:

  • Hand Sanitizers/Wipes are replenished daily and have added multiple bottles for additional passengers

  • Chauffeurs will carry disinfectant wipes for wipe down in between passengers in areas such as door handles in addition to the usual vehicle refresh

  • We have steam cleaned interiors for garage kept vehicles.  Not only is it highly disinfectant but environmentally friendly

  • We will discontinue to provide reading materials such as newspapers until further notice should you be a client that has this preference

  • Any non-owned I/O vehicles in NYC are welcome to stop by our facility for a steam clean refresh

  • Chauffeurs may wear gloves or carry cloth in order to assist with luggage

  • Chauffeurs will avoid the usual hand shake greeting as an added preventative measure

  • Any chauffeur/affiliate with symptoms will be immediately unassigned to any trips until they have received a clean bill of health

  • We have asked our affiliate network to implement similar additional measures when our passengers travel into their cities

Below are a couple of videos showing our process of cleaning before vehicles go out for the day and in between rides.
